The Sun will be on a tall steel pole with a staked tripod base looking down upon the landscape from the Heavens but made also of the Earth. It will comprise of curving and tangling steel rings which will rust in the rain. Semi obscured solar powered lights will add glints of illumination after the Solar Sun goes down. Woven into the steel will be drift wood and green branches adding mass, volume, and twisted form which will weather over the summer in different ways than the raw steel nucleus. The piece will be tall and powerful, emitting its own light. I prefer a elecro chemical process but will use Photovoltaic and LEDs as backup.
