Carkeek Park Outdoor Art Exhibit: Heaven and Earth

Aaron Haba

inspiration: The subtle forms that surround us. The stone that makes us pause, the forms that resonate within us in a familiar and intimate way. Those that draw us closer to nature. The piece I am proposing for this installation would be constructed of straw, ocean spray branches and 1 inch manila rope.

In my work I strive to create pieces that can be looked through. Creating a window that frames the environment. This piece radiates from the void. For me this represents the heavens that surround us, both physical and spiritual.
