Josephine is a photographer, food artist and sculptor, and blogger. Her eclectic view of the world celebrates diversity and results in artworks ranging from irreverent creations of "meat as art" to elegant and formal floral designs. She's passionate about details, language, and art that cultivates an emotional connection. Josephine spent more than 15 years at Microsoft honing her expertise in digital marketing and site management. Currently, she's dividing her time between blogging and exploring the potential of hot dog-based dioramas inspired by the Internet dating scene, while she sets course for her next big adventure.

A Toronto native, and a recently naturalized American citizen, Josephine has lived in Seattle since 1991 and has a BA in English/Creative Writing from Virginia Tech. Her photography has been exhibited in Washington and Oregon and she hopes one day to produce a show exhibiting her food art.
