the Brig The
former brig at Sand Point Way, now called Building 406, is a community
center -- a very secure community center -- that we understand was desired
by a group hosting a possible visit of Fidel to the WTO conference. In
the summer months, it's a nature camp for young people. Somewhere in between
falls SoupTalks Seattle.
